BBQ Sauce

There are soooo many choices when it comes to picking out the perfect BBQ sauce. Everyone has a favorite style and flavor profile. They can range from sweet and sticky to thin and sour. The bottom line always being that BBQ sauce is truly meant to enhance and compliment the meats it is served with.

This is a recipe for one of my favorite styles of sauce, a Kansas City style sauce that is very approachable and familiar to most. It’s a bit on the thick and sweet side, which makes it the perfect side to grilled meats that have been rubbed with a spicy seasoning. Give it a shot the next time you fire up the grill.
