Trim one pound of asparagus to break off the hard woody part of the stem.
Arrange asparagus on a sheet of heavy duty foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and ground coriander.
Zest an orange and sprinkle the zest over the asparagus. Cut the orange in half and squeeze juice over the seasoned asparagus.
Toss to mix well. Seal up the foil into a package. Roast at 425 for 15-20 Minutes
